Rules for buying and selling goods in the Hardy online shop
1. General provisions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) set out the general terms and conditions for the use of the Online Shop https://hardy.lt/ (hereinafter referred to as the “E-shop”). The Rules shall apply when the Buyer registers, selects, orders goods offered in the E-shop, as well as when using the E-shop in other ways.
1.2. the owner, manager and seller of the E-shop is the Small partnership “Lasaic”, legal entity code 306127826, business address Partizanos g. 216-77, Lithuania (“Seller”).
1.3 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the Customer shall be any person using the E-Shop (“Customer”).
1.4 By confirming the order, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions, which shall become part of the contract of sale concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.
2. Ordering and payment of goods
2.1 The prices of goods in the E-Shop are quoted in euros including VAT.
2.2 The Buyer may pay for the Goods in the following ways:
- By bank transfer
- Debit or credit card
- Using e-banking services
2.3 An order shall not be executed until full payment has been received.
3. Delivery of goods
3.1 E-commerce goods are delivered throughout Lithuania.
3.2 The price and delivery times are specified at the time of placing the order.
3.3 The Buyer undertakes to take delivery of the Goods himself or to arrange for an authorised person to take delivery of the Goods.
3.4 If delivery is not possible due to the Buyer’s fault (incorrect address, Buyer unavailable), re-delivery can only be made upon payment of an additional delivery fee.
4. Returns and exchanges
4.1 Return Policy
According to Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, perishable foodstuffs and goods with a short shelf life cannot be returned. Similarly, packaged food products cannot be returned if they have been opened after delivery, unless the product is of poor quality.
4.2 Quality requirements and return of goods for defects
4.2.1. If the delivered food goods are of poor quality, damaged or not in accordance with the order, the Buyer must inform the Seller within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by e-mail [email protected] or by telephone.
4.2.2.When complaining about faulty goods, the Buyer must include:
- Pictures of the product showing the defect
- Order number and invoice
4.2.3 The Seller shall respond to the Buyer’s claim within 5 working days.
4.2.4 If the claim is justified, the Seller may offer:
- Replace a low-quality product with a high-quality one
- Refund within 14 days of the claim being confirmed
4.3 Returns process
4.3.1 Returns shall only be accepted via a courier organised by the Seller.
4.3.2 The cost of returning goods of good quality shall be borne by the Buyer, except in the case of delivery of defective or poor quality goods.
5. Final provisions
5.1 All disputes and disagreements shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of disagreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

This policy comes into force from the date of its publication and applies to all customers who purchase goods in the Hardy.lt online store.
